iCapital is the corporate finance arm of ICH Group based in Singapore which provides corporate finance advisory services across Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Capital Fundraising, and Financial Advisory including IPOs.

iCapital is an affiliate of ICH Group and thus able to tap on its ecosystem which includes partners such as ICH Asset Management and ADDX.

iCapital’s subsidiaries include iCapital Synergrowth Pte Ltd, in which iCapital owns an 80% stake, with the remaining 20% owned by Yangzijiang Financial Holdings Ltd, a publicly listed company in Singapore. This ownership structure allows iCapital SynerGrowth Pte Ltd to leverage the combined strengths and expertise of its parent and shareholders.
